Consultation: The first step in designing your dream home is understanding what you’re dreaming of. We’ll truly listen to your ideas and help you uncover needs that you may not have thought of. We have plenty of creative ideas to uniquely meet your needs.
Design: Next, we’ll get down to the specifics of your home design. We know you’ll be impressed with our initial design, but it won’t be perfect. There are things you’ll want to change, and we’ll help you refine the design until you’re perfectly happy with it.
Permits: There’s a lot of bureaucracy to sort through when you’re building a home. Thankfully, we will handle it all, including handling zoning and permits.
Build: We’ll gather up your materials, from high-quality local suppliers, and start building. During the build process, we will be obsessively focused on quality and correct installation. Expect us to be hands-on and almost always on site. We’ll regularly update you on how the build is going.
Warranty: We offer a three-year limited warranty on all of our new builds. That means you can bring your concerns and issues to us for three years after your project is completed. Most builders only offer one-year warranties, but we produce such quality that we can offer three times that.
